SEMI-PRIVATE - $295 +tax

 

PRIVATE PARTY ROOM - Play area remains open to the public.

2.5 hours (the party room is yours for the full 2.5 hours!).

Guests can go back and forth between the party room and the play area.

30 chairs, 5 tables +1 table for food and gifts.

12 children included; $12 per additional child.​

Includes table cloths, plates, cups, napkins, forks.

​The entire facility is private. Play area closed to the public.

No shoes, no food or drinks allowed in the play area.

Party room always includes 30 chairs and six tables. Additional seating in play area for 26 guests.

WANT SOMETHING DIFFERENT?

Consider celebrating on the ranch. Enchanted Horse Acres, our sister company, is now offering "Birthday at the Red Barn". $400 for 30 people and 2.5 hours. Includes a 30-minute horse grooming and feeding session, a 9-hole mini golf, a billiard room, and an in-ground fire pit. Cow-boy and cow-girl hats not required! Inquire at 808 Bounce St. Augustine.

CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.

 

Time slots include set-up and clean-up.

Full payment is due at time of reservation. The party date may be changed; decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Bring your own food and drinks and decorations for the tables (no tape on the walls). Food and drinks must remain in the party room or outside.

Vendors directly hired by party hosts must be approved by management and provide proof of insurance at least 7 days before party date.

 

All guests must sign in and sign the liability waiver form for their children. Party host with a number of guests over the maximum allowed in each package will incur an additional charge of $15+tax per additional person.

Disposable helium tanks (you must dispose)
