WHAT TO EXPECT

We provide a unique play experience for children, from crawling up to 5 feet in height (about 12-year-old) and offer parents a comfortable place to work and socialize with other adults.
We hold the highest standards for both our staff and facility, which is sanitized thoroughly throughout the day.
We want to provide our customers with a safe, fun, and clean indoor child entertainment facility. This will help young children grow physically, emotionally and mentally through interactive play with their parents and other children.
When you arrive, you will be asked to complete and sign a waiver form. We accept cash and credit card payments. We do not accept checks. Each paying child will receive a wristband. Wristbands change every day and are only good for the day they were bought on. Children of all ages must wear a wristband to be allowed to play on structures and use the toys.
Parents/caregivers must stay with their children and are 100% responsible for monitoring their children while in our facilities. Parents/caregivers are expected to ensure their children are following our safety rules and sharing rides and toys with others.
If you wish to complete and sign the waiver in advance, you can print it and bring it with you. For your convenience, siblings may be included on the same waiver.
